CONSUMER 911 Dialing ADVISORY
This advisory provides important information on the availability and operation of 911 and E911 Emergency Services to subscribers of Yeb Communications Voice Over Internet Protocol (“VOIP”) services.

EMERGENCY SERVICES – DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
Your safety is very important to us. Yeb Communications offers 911 service to all its customers. Yeb Communications 911 Dialing service operates differently than traditional 911 service. With Yeb Communications E911 (Enhance 911) Service, when you dial 911, your telephone number and registered address is simultaneously sent to the local emergency center assigned to your location, and emergency operators have immediate access to your telephone and address information, thus permitting them to respond to your emergency call or to call you back if necessary. If you are located in an area where the emergency center does not support E911 (i.e., is not capable of simultaneously receiving your telephone number and address) you have basic 911 Service. With Yeb Communications basic 911 Service, the local emergency operator will not have immediate access to your call back number or your exact location when receiving your emergency call. Accordingly, you must be prepared to give the basic 911 operator this information. Unless you do so, the 911 operator may be unable to call you back or dispatch assistance if the call is disconnected or if you are unable to verbally communicate that information to the basic 911 operator. When there is a problem validating a customer’s information and or address or customer is identified with an international location, your 911 call will be sent to a national emergency call center.  In addition, emergency personnel do not receive your phone number or physical location when your 911 call is routed to the national emergency call center.  Routing to a national emergency call center could substantially delay the response of emergency service providers, or result in no emergency service being provided at all. To view if you have E911 (Enhance 911) or basic 911 please log to your account at our website www.yebcom.com.

LIMITATIONS ON Yeb Communications EMERGENCY SERVICES
You may not receive the same level of Emergency Services using a VOIP service provider such as Yeb Communications, as you would using a traditional wireline or wireless provider of telephone services. 911 and E911 Service may be limited or unavailable: If your Digital Subscriber Line (“DSL”), cable modem, or other broadband access connections are disconnected, suspended, or interrupted for any reason, including due to power failures; If you relocate or move the Yeb Communications Adapter to a location other than the one that you register with us, or if you otherwise disconnect or modify the Yeb Communications Adapter; If there are delays or disruptions of Service in the network or services of Yeb Communications underlying 911 provider; If there is network congestion and/or a reduction in network speed; or If Service is interrupted or terminated for any reason, including the suspension or termination of your account with us or with your broadband access supplier. While Yeb Communications will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the disruptive effects of Service disruptions caused by network or other technical problems, such Service disruption may include the loss of Emergency 911 Service dialing capabilities, both basic 911 and E911 Services, for extended periods of time. We recommend that you maintain an alternative means of accessing emergency services in the event of a service disruption.

REPORTING OF REGISTERED LOCATION INFORMATION
For each telephone number that you use for a Yeb Communications Service, you must register your initial location of use (your “Registered Location Information”) when you subscribe to the Service. When you move the Yeb Communications Adapter to another location, you must register the new registered location information with Yeb Communications at our website www.yebcom.com. If you do not successfully register your new Registered Location Information, any call you make using the 911 Service feature may be sent to an emergency center near your old address. You may only register one location at a time for each broadband access line that you use with the Yeb Communications Service. We don’t guarantee that the new location when moving your phone or adding a new line at a different address will have either 911 or E911 Services.

NOTIFICATION TO USERS
You agree to be fully responsible at all times during the term of your service for notifying all members of your household and all other persons at your location of the limitations of Yeb Communications 911 emergency services, including the possible loss of emergency 911 dialing capabilities. It is your responsibility to prominently display at or near the telephone handset to be used with the services, the E911 warning stickers sent to you in your welcome packet. If you did not receive a 911 Sticker with your Device, or you require additional 911 Stickers, please contact our customer care department at 1-866-6YEBCOM
